Xiaomi introduced the latest flagship smartphone series in China and added three new devices below the Xiaomi 17 series. The series Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro and senior Xiaomi 17 Pro Max. With this launch, Xiaomi introduces Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and the upgraded Hyperos 3 software based on Android 16. Pro models also bring a new design with secondary screens in the back, larger batteries and Leica engineering cameras. 17 Pro Max stands out with Apple’s dual screen installation, strong performance and pricing, which is a cheaper alternative to the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Xiaomi 17 Pro Max Price

The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max price starts from 5,999 CNY (around 74,700 RS) for 12GB + 512GB variant. High storage versions are priced 6,299 CNY (approximately 78,400 RS) and CNY 6,999 (approximately 87,100 RS). This is Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The standard Xiaomi 17 starts from 4,499 CNY (approximately 56,000 RS) for 12GB/256GB variant, while the Xiaomi 17 Starts in 5,000 CNY (about 62,000 RS). These models are currently available in China. The company has not shared details about the usability of global or India.

Xiaomi 17 Pro Max Launch Date in India

However, there is no official announcement about the launch history in India, which is likely to start Xiaomi’s flagship phone in India in February next year.

Xiaomi 17 Pro Max Features

The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max is placed in the camera module, with a secondary 2.9 -inch display in the back with a 6.9 -inch LTPO OLED display. It supports multiple functions such as rear screen, alarms, AI pets, AI portraits and music control. Xiaomi also said that the rear screen can be used as a hand game console.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen is strengthened by 5 processors and removes the Hyperos 3 from the box. The phone has a triple camera installation by Leica, which contains 50MP main sensor, 50MP ultra -wide lens and 5x optical zoom 50MP periscope telephoto lens.
The device has a 7,500mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support. Despite the large battery, it weighs 192 grams and is 8mm thick. In addition, IP68 graded up to 6 meters carries water resistance.

The standard Xiaomi 17 has a 6.3 -inch LTPO OLED display with 3,500 nit peak brightness. 7.000mAH battery, 100W wired charging and triple 50MP camera system.
The Xiaomi 17 Pro comes with Leica optics developed with a 2.7 -inch secondary display, 6,300mAH battery and 5x zoom at the back. It also adds a flight time sensor for depth. Water resistance is rated up to 4 meters.
