Witney Woman published an apology after ‘bullying’ charges

The Witney Allocation Association was the subject of some criticism that an anonymous allocation owner published a letter from the president and continued to explode.
Some of these complaints were directed towards Barry Jessel, the president of the association.

Witney Allocation Association North Co -Chair Richard Bourget wrote a clear letter in response to apologizing because it caused “help and distress” and said that the statements could be “much better”.
He asked the letter that the letter was not to give the impression that tenants were threatened and that the association promised a “revision” in the form of communicating with the tenants and to protect the agreed standards in the lands.
Mr. Bourget’s open letter, Mr. Jessel, said he had nothing to do with communicating with the tenant who complained.
