TCS layoffs: AI is not a reason, CT Ministry holds an hour as it is set to lose 12,000 employees – 5 best updates

The company said that India’s largest IT Services Company TCS (TATA Consulting Services) globally is ready to dismiss 12,000 employees.

In total, 12,261 employees of medium and senior notes will be affected by the latest TCS layoffs. As of June 30, 2025, TCS’s labor force was 6.13.069. In the recent April-June quarter, it increased its labor force by 5,000 employees.
