New Delhi, 24 Aug (PTI) 28 Real Estate Companies listed in India, sold almost worth property LaIn the April-June quarter, 53,000 Crore reached the highest sales reservations.
According to the data compiled from the regulatory files, the total combined sales reservations of the real estate agent listed 28 LaIn the first quarter of the current fiscal year, 52,842 Crore.
In terms of sales reservations, bengaluru-centered Prestige Estates Projects Ltd appeared as a leading player in the April-June quarter of 26 financial years and pre-sales La12.126.4 Crore.
DLF LTD, the largest Realty company in terms of the country’s market value, stopped in the second position and pre -sales La11,425 Crore was directed by the Luxury domestic market.
Mumbai -based Godrej Properties Sales Reservations La7,082 CRORE sold property worth Lodha developers La4,450 crore in June quarter.
Delhi-NCR-based signature Global has achieved sales reservations La2,640 crore in June quarter.
In particular, these first five developers contributed to a 71 percent contribution to total combined sales reservations obtained by 28 Realty companies listed.
Most of these sales reservations are related to housing properties that increase the demand after leakage. Great branded real estate developers have provided the most benefits in both volume and value terms in India’s housing market as long as the landlords avoided risk.
In addition to the other players listed, BENGALUURU -based Sobha Ltd and Delhi -based Omaxe Ltd sold value La2.079 Crore and La2.001 Crore, respectively.
Mumbai -based Oberoi Realty Ltd and Karakataru Ltd published sales reservations La1,639 CRORE and La1.249 Crore, respectively.
Bengaluru -based Puravankara Ltd and Brigade Enterprises Ltd Sales Property Value La1,124 CRORE and La1.118 crore respectively.

Some of the listed players did not report sales reservation numbers, which is an important metric to assess their performance.
The recognition of sales reservations obtained by these developers takes time because it is linked to the completion of real estate projects.
Real estate developers, which are not listed in stock exchanges, often do not report three -month and annual sales reservations.
During the 2024-25 fiscal year, the country’s 26 major real estate company sold property by selling value La1.62 Lakh Crore.
