Patanjali vs Dabur Chyawanprash: Delhi HC warned the firm led by father Ramdev-
Patanjali fought on Friday with an order that prevented Delhi Supreme Court from Dabur India from conducting humiliating advertisements against Chyawanprash.
Delhi Supreme Court of the Supreme Court C Hari Shankar and Om Prakash Shukla observed that this is a general disdain case and that the statements presented by Patanjali were an obvious reference to Dabur.
During the hearing, Patanjali, led by Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, warned that if the court was found as a luxurious case and a useless objection, it would impose expenses.
“You said, ‘Why do you agree with the ordinary Chyawanprash made with 40 plants?’ Therefore, when you use the word 40 grass, this is a obvious reference to the defendant. ”
“As soon as you say Chyawanprash with 40 plants with 40 plants, the respondent shows that Chyawanprash is ordinary and I am perfect and why Chyawanprash is pleased with Chyawanprash.
The Supreme Court also said that the only judge’s counter has handled the ad as humiliating, and that it was a temporary order, and that there was no reason for the department’s counter to focus on the optional order.
“These are clearly humiliating content.
“So they don’t know what Chyawanprash does, they don’t know what Chyawanprash is and how they are done, so how to do Chyawanprash. This is a general disdain case. Why should we intervene in this temporary order?
He also said: “Now that there is a useless objection, we will bring a cost. If we find a luxury case, we will bring a cost. We have clarified our minds.
On July 3, the HC Single Judge gave Patanjali an order that prevented humiliating advertisements against Dabur Chyawanprash. He said that a strong Prima Facie contempt in both TV and printed ads was open.
The only judge’s counter decided to have a temporary precautionary measure on Dabur’s defense, and Patanjali said, ‘Why did he agree with the ordinary Chyawanprash made with 40 grass?’ Replace printed ads and in Hindi accordingly.
