On Friday, July 25, 2025, a private National Investigation Agency (NIA) court issued a statement to Syed Salahuddin, the Hizbul Mujahideen Chief and the United Device Council Supremo Mohammad Youstuf Shah in the case of illegal Activities (Prevention) Law.
Special Court issued a statement that requires Salahuddin, who lives in Budgam, in connection with serious charges within the scope of the “illegal Activities (Prevention) Law and the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC).
NIA said that a Challan, who claims that the defendants committed crimes that could be punished under the 13th and 18th of the Law and the RPC 505.
NIA reported that although an order was given to arrest, the law enforcement officers could not be found and that the defendants could not be found and that they had kidnapped or deliberately hiding them to avoid the arrest, ”NIA said.
In the light of these circumstances, the NIA spokesman said that the court officially declared the defendants as illegal illegally and that he had issued a statement that required him to respond to the accusations against the court on 30 August 2025 or earlier.
