Mahindra accepts performance hits because of the use of E20 in Gadkari’s political campaign claim
Yeni Delhı: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd will be the first Indian car manufacturer to consult the E20 ethanol -blended fuel manufacturer and acknowledges that old vehicles may face less performance. Although E20 is safe, 20% ethanol has announced that non -calibrated engines can see a decrease at the output.
Nalinikanth Gollagunta, Chairman of the Executive Officer of the Automobile Department, on Thursday, the Indian Automobile Manufacturers Association (SIAM) annual convention among the annual convention among them, “Mahindra is preparing a consultation on E20 blended fuel that needs to reach customers next week.”

The vehicles produced earlier may see a small change in fuel efficiency depending on driving behavior or as a responsible OEM, as a responsible OEM, will honor all guarantee commitments in our vehicles.
The announcement arrived hours after Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Union Road Transportation, called the E20 criticism of E20 as a politically motivated Smear campaign. Gadkari called on the campaign to blend the attempt to stop the country’s efforts to reduce the country’s efforts to reduce dependence on oil imports.
Over the last two months, several consumers went to social media to mark concerns about the increasing blend of ethanol in gasoline, which has reduced vehicle performance.
Some of Mahindra’s old models such as Scorpio and Bolero may have a higher effect because they sell longer.
Tarun Garg, the chief operating manager of Hyundai Motor India, the country’s second largest automobile manufacturer, said that the problem was closed and there was no big problem.
This comes after a week after a press briefing arrangement about Siam’s E20 problem, and there was no concern about the safety of cars.
Ethanol mixture
During the briefing on August 30, automatic lobbying representatives said that although the E20 could damage kilometers, it was safe to use it in vehicles.
“Millions of vehicles have been going on in E20 for a while. A single vehicle breakdown or engine failure has not been reported.” He said.

Ethanol blending started in 2003, but has increased significantly in the last few years. Mahindra only sells Sport benefit tools (SUV).

“The government’s great reform, Ban Banerler said, he added that reservations of his vehicles have been progressing strongly since the end of last month.
Garg from Hyundai is waiting for a strong growth in the industry, and the previous expectations of the sector are only around 1-2% in this financial year last year. The company expects a 5% compound annual growth rate of the next five years.
Garg, at the conference, “soon -2% growth with 5% growth with 5% growth has a large swing,” he said.
