Anna Bhagya Plan, the flagship of the Karnataka government, may soon have problems because it suspends the transportation of rice and food grain throughout the state on Monday. This movement is expected to affect subsidized cereals to ration shops.
The Association stated that the dues have not been paid for more than six months as the reason for its decisions. Federation President Gr Shahanmugappa said that the carriers who participated in moving food grain within the scope of Anna Bhagya program have not received payments since February.

The Association emphasized that there is no progress despite a meeting with government officials on 19 June, when a promise was promised to clean up the dues until July 5th. The Federation has now applied to Prime Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Prime Minister DK Shivakumar to intervene and solve the issue urgently.
