Anna Bhagya scheme will encounter deterioration as truck operators suspend the transport of cereals in Karnataka

Anna Bhagya Plan, the flagship of the Karnataka government, may soon have problems because it suspends the transportation of rice and food grain throughout the state on Monday. This movement is expected to affect subsidized cereals to ration shops.

The Association stated that the dues have not been paid for more than six months as the reason for its decisions. Federation President Gr Shahanmugappa said that the carriers who participated in moving food grain within the scope of Anna Bhagya program have not received payments since February.

The truck operators of the government, who further disappointment, participated in the tender process of the government, had to deposit 4 lakh as serious money deposit (EMD).
