The man in his 30s and Norton from Chipping Norton was detained and questioned on Friday, June 14.
Thames Valley police said he was arrested, suspected of compelling and control behavior.

Since then, civil servants have been conducting their investigations.
“Officers joined an address in Chipping Norton on Friday, June 14, after a report on force.
“A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of challenging and control behavior.
He continued: “Bail and the investigation continues.”
It is understood that the arrested person is a council member in the region and contacted him for a comment.
